SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders will be shipped within 5 business days. The average transit time for delivery is 2-3 days. The vast majoirty of our shipments are received within 7 days of purchase. In case of delay, we will notify you by email or phone. Costs for shipping within the Contiguous United States are FREE. We do not ship outside the Contiguous 48. 
RETURN POLICY
· Cushions Direct makes returns easy. You just simply return your order within 30 days.
· The customer must first obtain a return authorization by contacting Cushions Direct via email at sales@cushionsdirect.net.
· Return directions will be included in the authorization sent to you via email. Please include the printed authorization in the carton with your return item. Items returned without the authorization included could result in a delay of your refund.
· Cushions Direct will refund or credit the value of the merchandise and any taxes charged to the original form of purchase.
· If your contact information is different than what was provided in your order, please provide an updated telephone number or email address in the event we need to contact you.
· Any items, which are marked or “Final Sale” or “Closeout”, are non-returnable.
· Cushions Direct cannot accept returns of merchandise that are used, laundered, or soiled.
· All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?
Please contact Cushions Direct immediately if you believe your product is defective or was damaged in transit. We will arrange for a return shipping label. When your return is received, we will inspect your product. If your product is found to be defective, we will send a replacement or issue a refund. If your product is found not to be defective, return shipping fees and the 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Note: All defective returns must be made within 10 days.
MINIMAL WASTE PACKAGING
Cushions Direct has chosen to limit our footprint on the environment by decreasing the amount of plastic used in our packaging for shipment. This, in addition to our use of recycled post-consumer fiber fill in most of our products, is a company initiative put into place with the hopes of doing our part to lessen the use of fossil fuels where possible. We understand you may have question or concerns regarding product being shipped without a protective plastic bag.
