SHIPPING INFORMATION: Orders will be shipped within 7-10 business days. In case of delay, we will notify you by email or phone. Costs for shipping within the Contiguous US are $7 flat fee for orders under $75 and FREE for orders $75 and above. For shipping costs to AK, HI, PR and outside the US, please contact customer service.

TAXES For orders shipped within the state of Ohio, a 6.5% Sales Tax will be applied. For orders shipped within the state of Indiana, a 7.0% sales tax will be applied. All other delivery locations will not incur sales tax.

CUSHIONS DIRECT - RETURN POLICY
· Cushions Direct makes returns easy. You just simply return your order within 30 days.

· The customer must first obtain a return authorization by contacting Cushions Direct via email at sales@cushionsdirect.net or by calling (866)707-0598.

· Cushions Direct will refund or credit the value of the merchandise and any taxes charged. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.

· Circle the item you wish to return on a copy of your original packing slip or email confirmation and indicate a reason for return.

· Please provide a telephone number or email address so we may contact you.

· Any items, which are marked or “Final Sale” or “Closeout”, are non-returnable.

· Cushions Direct cannot accept returns of merchandise that are used, laundered, or soiled.

· All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT?
Please contact Cushions Direct immediately if you believe your product is defective or was damaged in transit. We will arrange for a return shipping label. When your return is received, we will inspect your product. If your product is found to be defective, we will send a replacement or issue a refund. If your product is found not to be defective, return shipping fees and the 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Note: All defective returns must be made within 10 days.
